The Motherhood Circle is a gentle 6-week group coaching programme designed specifically for neurodivergent mums navigating the early stages of motherhood. Created by an experienced motherhood life coach, this space helps you reconnect with yourself, manage sensory and emotional overwhelm, and rediscover confidence in your own rhythm. Whether you have ADHD, autism, or simply know your brain works differently, this is a space built around compassion, not perfection. This programme also offers a supportive environment for mums and babies, where babies are welcome in every session.

The Motherhood Circle offers a gentle, empowering 6-week group coaching programme for neurodivergent mums, providing a space to breathe, process, and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by a community of others who truly understand.

 

Whether you have a formal ADHD or autism diagnosis, or simply know that your brain works a bit differently, this group is here to support you without judgment, pressure, or the need for perfection.

Babies are always welcome, and masking is not required. This is a space where you can be yourself and get the support you deserve.

I’m not formally diagnosed, can I still join?

Absolutely. This space is for anyone who identifies with the neurodivergent experience, whether you are self-identified, diagnosed, or just starting to explore.

We take things slow. Sessions are spacious, sensory-considerate, and completely camera-optional. Sharing is always voluntary. No pressure, ever.

Life happens. You will get a short written recap + optional journaling prompt to keep you connected.

No, this is coaching, forward-focused, reflective, and empowering. If you are looking for therapy, we can help signpost you to appropriate care.

About Your Coach

Hi, I’m Merrigan Archdale – coach, neurodivergent mum, and fierce believer that you matter just as much as your baby.

When I became a mother, the world told me to slow down but my brain sped up. I was anxious, overstimulated, full of love… and full of self-doubt. I created this programme for people like me: sensitive, smart, multi-layered women navigating early motherhood with brains that don’t always fit the mould.

I bring my coaching tools, lived experience, and a trauma-aware, neurodivergent-affirming lens to every session.
