Merrigan Archdale, Your Trusted Neurodivergent Life Coach in London

Neurodiversity and Life Coach | Workplace Inclusion Specialist, ADHD, Autism & Dyslexia Support

I support late-diagnosed and self-identifying neurodivergent professionals, including mothers, businesswomen, and caregivers, to reclaim clarity, honour their neurodivergence, and design lives and work that truly fit their brains through neurodiversity coaching. As a specialised life coach, I help neurodivergent individuals unlock their potential with personalised ADHD coaching, neurodivergent career coaching, and tailored strategies that align with their strengths.

I also partner with purpose-driven organisations to build neuro-inclusive, strengths-based cultures that prevent burnout and unlock the full potential of neurodivergent talent. By providing neurodiversity awareness training and workplace strategies, we create environments where neurodivergent professionals can thrive.

Neurodiversity Coach and Workplace Inclusion Expert

I’m Merrigan, a neurodiversity coach and workplace inclusion specialist dedicated to helping individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia unlock their potential. From classrooms to corporate spaces, my journey has been focused on supporting neurodivergent individuals to lead fulfilling, empowered careers through neurodivergent career coaching and tailored strategies.

My own diagnosis with Dyspraxia during law school transformed how I view support. Now, I help clients grow in confidence, boost communication skills, and build strategies that actually work, for their brain and their goals, through ADHD coaching, neurodivergent life coaching, or neuroinclusive workplace coaching.

FAQ

When are my sessions?

We will agree on a regular weekly or fortnightly time that suits you, delivered via Zoom. You will receive a link in advance for each session. If you know you will be away or unavailable, please let me know early so we can plan accordingly.

Each session is 60 minutes. If additional support is needed between sessions.

Life happens! You can reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Some sessions may be recorded for supervision and training as part of my International Coaching Federation (ICF) qualification. I will always ask for your permission first. If you prefer not to be recorded, just let me know — it’s completely optional.

No. Coaching focuses on reflection, action, and personal/professional development. It is not a substitute for counselling or mental health support. If you’re working with a therapist, I recommend letting them know you’re also engaging in coaching.

This programme is bespoke to your needs, but we often explore:

  • Self-understanding & identity (including late diagnosis)
  • Executive function and tools to support (planning, time, task management)
  • Communication, self-advocacy & conflict resolution
  • Working with sensory & emotional regulation needs
  • Burnout prevention & energy management
  • Creating habits that stick — on your terms

That’s absolutely fine. Coaching is affirming and inclusive of all neurodivergent identities — diagnosed, self-identified, or curious.

Payment for the package is required upfront before your first session. You will receive bank details once we agree a start date. (Access to Work funding can be supported.)

Yes. All coaching conversations are confidential in line with ICF ethics. I may share anonymised content with a supervisor for training purposes. If there’s ever a serious concern for your safety or wellbeing, I may contact your nominated emergency person — with care and discretion.

You’re welcome to contact me by email between sessions if needed:
