Practical coaching and training that helps neurodivergent employees do their best work — and helps managers support them with confidence.
I’m Merrigan Archdale, an ICF-accredited neurodiversity coach (ACC) and workplace inclusion specialist at Thrive Coaching London. I work with HR teams, Learning & Development managers and line managers who want to support a neurodivergent colleague well, or build a more neuro-inclusive team. I’m neurodivergent myself (I was diagnosed with dyspraxia at law school), so I bring lived experience as well as professional training.
Tailored coaching for employees with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia or other neurodivergent traits — with or without a formal diagnosis. Sessions focus on practical strategies for:
Sessions are delivered online via Zoom, so I can work with employees across the UK.
Interactive workshops adapted to your industry, culture and team. Suitable for HR professionals, managers and team leads, leadership, D&I leads and whole teams. Training covers:
If your employee has an Access to Work award that includes coaching, I can provide that coaching and a clear quote to share with Access to Work or your organisation. Invoicing follows the employee’s Access to Work arrangements, to keep the admin simple. (Thrive Coaching London is independent and not affiliated with the DWP.)

Tell me a little about your organisation and what you need. Managers are welcome to join the first conversation.
We talk through the situation and the options. No commitment.
I send a clear proposal with costs, which you can share internally.
Coaching conversations stay confidential to the employee; we agree together at the start what, if anything, is shared with the organisation.

— Lyndsey, Speech and Language Therapist, Primary School
No. I work with employees who have a diagnosis, are waiting for an assessment, or are self-identifying as neurodivergent.
Yes. The coaching conversations belong to the employee. At the start, we agree together what, if anything, is shared with their manager or HR, such as progress updates or suggested adjustments.
Often, yes. Coaching can be included in an employee’s individual Access to Work award. I can provide a quote to support the process, but I can’t guarantee an award, as decisions are made by the DWP.
Yes. One-to-one coaching is delivered online, so I can support employees anywhere in the UK. Please get in touch to discuss training for your team.
Costs depend on the number of sessions or the type of training you need. After a free call, I’ll send a clear proposal with costs.
Whether you’re supporting one colleague or want to build a more inclusive workplace, I’d be happy to help.
